Live demos, new sign-ups and one message from operators: manual quotes take too many hours.

The Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo (POATE) 2026 brought Uganda's tour operators together at Munyonyo, with the expo continuing at the Speke Resort Convention Centre. Quest joined from the first day. See our recap on LinkedIn (opens in a new tab).
What we did
- Spoke directly with tour operators, from industry veterans to newer companies.
- Ran live demonstrations of the platform, showing a fully costed itinerary built in about 15 minutes instead of hours in a spreadsheet.
- Welcomed new sign-ups and leads from operators who tried it on the spot.
What we heard
Operator after operator described the same frustration: creating quotes by hand takes too many hours. Rates live in different places, park fees depend on who is travelling, and every change means recalculating. That matches operators using Quest today, from K&G Tours and Travel on camera to Ewethu Safaris in western Uganda.
See it for yourself
If you could not make it to the expo, you can try the same workflow today. Start with the quote builder, look at pricing, or create a free account.
