What happens during the first month?
New accounts get one month of full Pro access so you can build real quotes, preview outputs, and learn the workflow. After that, you stay on Free inside the platform unless you upgrade — the paywall is only when sending professional output to clients.
What's the difference between monthly and annual Pro?
Both plans include the same Pro features. Monthly is $49.99 per month, cancel anytime. Annual is $480 per year — $40 per month when billed annually, about 20% off compared to paying monthly for a full year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the billing period. Annual works the same way through the Stripe customer portal.
Do Free users lose their quotes if they don't upgrade?
No. Your quotes, content, and pricing work stay in Quest. Free limits apply to clean PDF downloads, email sending, and removing Quest branding — not to building and editing inside the app.
Is pricing the same in every country?
Yes. Quest Pro is one global price in USD for all tour operators at launch.
