Cost Reports
See what each part of the trip costs, for the group and for each traveller.
Category cost reports, group and individual cost summaries and driver imprest route tables, ready to print with your letterhead.
What it does
Once a quote is priced, you often need to explain or plan around the numbers. Quest provides cost reports by category, covering accommodation, activities, destinations and driver imprest, with a preview panel you can open from the pricing step.
Group and individual cost summaries use a ledger-style print layout with your company letterhead, and split shared and per-person costs. Driver imprest route tables show transport costs along each route, with editable signature blocks per quote.
Accountants and lead drivers rarely want the tourist brochure. They want category totals and route tables that match what you sold. Cost reports give operations the same numbers the client saw, without rebuilding the trip in Excel.
